Welcome to Aura by ash.artisse. By booking an appointment with me, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking

Bookings and Deposits

• Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure any appointment for tattoo, facial treatments, waxing, or massage, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Payment Deduction: This deposit will be securely held and fully deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
• Securing Booking: No appointment is confirmed until the 50% deposit has been successfully processed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• 24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, or fail to show up (No-Show), your 50% deposit will be forfeited.
• Advance Rescheduling: If you reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours notice, your deposit will be safely transferred to your new booking date.

Adverse Reactions and Treatment Protocol

• Safety First: Your skin health and safety are our top priorities. In the rare event that you experience an adverse reaction during or immediately after a service, Aura by ash.artisse has a strict, professional treatment protocol in place to manage and mitigate the reaction swiftly.
• Client Disclosure: To help prevent reactions, you must fully disclose all medical conditions, allergies, current skincare products, and medications (e.g., Roaccutane, Retin-A ect.) during your consultation.
• Post-Care Cooperation: If an adverse reaction occurs post-treatment, you agree to contact the clinic immediately and follow our designated protocol instructions, which may include a follow-up assessment.

Arrival and Lateness

• Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time to fill out any necessary consultation forms.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client. The full price of the treatment will still apply.

Refunds and Liability

• Service Results: Individual results for skin treatments, waxing, and facials vary based on unique skin types. We do not offer refunds on completed services.
• Limitation of Liability: Aura by ash.artisse is not liable for any adverse reactions that occur due to undisclosed medical conditions, undisclosed lifestyle factors, or a failure to follow our recommended post-treatment aftercare advice.
